Durham City Manager Address PAC1

This was an informative meeting.  City Manager Tom Bonfield and Police Chief Jose Lopez were among the speakers at October’s PAC1 Meeting.  David Reese, Executive Director of East Durham Children’s Initiative also provide the group with an update.
